Hi! My 2nd gr grandfather and grandmother were Samuel Adams and Sarah Cotner. Both were born in Harrison County. I just came into possession of a photo of the two of them, when they were living in Macon County, IL. My best guess is the shot was taken before WWI. If anybody out there is researching either the Adams or Cotner families, let me know. I can email a oopy of the photo. Hello Robert; I am a Cotner researcher of Cass Co., In. and a direct descendent of the Peter (1704-1753) & Mary of Neal Cotner's book of " A Window To The Past". I have about 9 Adams in my file and Samuel Adams and Sarah are one of the couples. Yes I would love to add their photo to my files. Do you have anything on Sams parental line and Sam and Sarah's children. Never went any further with them. At the time I was focasing on my family but since then I am trying to branch out.
