He was the son of George and Jane ? Wright. An old family Bible had the birth and death dates as follows for: Jane, wife of George, departed this life on the 8th day of Oct, 1822, being 77 years of age. George Wright departed this life the 27th day of July 1838 at age 81 years. Jane Wright departed this life on the 12 th day of Jan 1852. [note with this that she was the widow of Robert and living with a daughter, Lucinda Wright Melton]. The BIble belonged to Earl and Clara Mae Melton, gt grandson of Lucinda Wright Melton and then given to my aunt Marguerite Wright Ang. I am not sure of the location of the Bible since my aunts death in 1999. George and Jane, Robert and Ginnett are all buried in the Musselman Cemetery near New Middletown in Harrison County, IN. Robert and Ginnet are my 3rd gt grandparents, through their son George and his wife Julia Ann Reagan. My aunt had copied the ROBERT WRIGHT ESTATE from a box she found on a very high shelf in the Harrison County Courthouse in 1969. If interested, I can copy it out and email it to you, but may be awhile, it is long and there are some health issues I am dealing with on my husband. There may be a copy of the will around here, but not sure, will have to dig. tt has been handed down that the Wrights were from Belfast, Ireland, believe it was shown on a census record that was the place of birth. My line is this.... George and Jane ? Wright Robert and Ginnet Cathcart Wright George and Julia Ann Reagan Wright Lyman Chittenden and Frances M. Love Wright George William and Anna Laura Stewart Wright my mother Jeanne Adams {Frank] and me Another researcher on the Wrights is a cousin, James T. Wall of Arlington, VA. Have you been in touch with him? Barbara
