His will lists children - George, Conrad, Frederick, John, Sally, Catherine, Mary, Elizabeth & Philipeena. His wife's name was Anne. Anne did come to Harrison Co., IN along with some of her children. The Phillip Weaver from Loudon Co., VA was entirely different person. The mistake has been perpetuated due to a DAR application that contained the error.
