Dear Footloose: In the New Albany Libr. in New Albany, Ind. there is a copy of the Ingram/Miller bible. There are very few references to Miller as it is mostly Ingram. On page 4: James F. Miller was borned Nov 16th 1863 Marry E. Miller was borned Dec 20th 1865 William D. Miller was botrned Mar 4th 1873 Marry E. Miller died Aug 5th 1867 James F. Miller died Mar 20th 1880 On the inside cover of the bible is: Will Miller Cave in Rock. (I assume this is in Illinois) On the back flyleaf - inside: Will Miller Cave in Rock Front Flyleaf - Outside: Present to William Miller by Mrs. E. Hasting sister Mrs. James Ingram Front Flyleaf - inside: Miller Ingram son Thom. Hawkins Co., Tenn. cousin of James Back Flyleaf - outside: Prezent to Will Miller from Mrs. E. Hasting End This was a translation and not a "xerox" copy of the bible. Hope this helps someone.
