My SUMMERS family ancestors were also from Staunton, Augusta Co., VA, and settled in adjacent (to Harrison Co.) Floyd Co, IN. Many ENGLEMANS and HANGARs/HANGERs were in Floyd Co. as well. Some of the SUMMERS family married ENGLEMAN family members after they arrived in IN.
