It states that June 18th, 1799, Henry Gousenberry, native of Virginia, son of Nicholas Gousenberry and Susan Kirk married Elizabeth Norris, native of Kentucky, daughter of Maxwell Norris and Elizabeth Nation. I traced his wife Elizabeth and their family to Missouri after his death. I am most curious what happened to their son Valentine. In a previous posting is was stated that Valentine had 4 children. I have been unable to verify that he had a son named John, born about 1862, because Valentine seems to disappear from Missouri after 1860. What happened to him? What happened to John? I think he is my gr. gr. grandfather. Thanks for any info.
