My gr. grandfather was John Thomas married to Barbara Stein. Both immigrants from Bayern, Germany. I have his death certificate and the coroner's investigation paper. Would just like to know if an obit. is still a possibility. It would be interesting as a neighbor shot him in a cattle dispute and he fell head first into the spring on the Thomas farm and died.     3. I've "rescued" the original marriage certificate belonging to William M. BAGGERLY and his bride Lissie E. HISE who were married in Harrison County, Indiana on the 28th of February 1866. After only limited research I do find a William M. BAGGERLY married to Mary POTTS on 3 Oct 1847 in Dubois County, Indiana. Could this be the same William M. BAGGERLY, or maybe his father? If they are the same this would be a second marriage. Another William M. BAGGERLY (age 16) is found in the 1860 census for Franklin, IN the son of Thomas W. & Elizabeth A. BAGGERLY. The family includes three additional children, Salina C. (age 14), Frances A. (age 6), and Charlie (an infant). With more than one possible William M. BAGGERLY found in the area I'm hoping to locate someone from this family so that this precious document can be returned to its rightful place with family. He was 4 years old. His 7 year old sister Julia was living with the Catharine Wright Family. She was a McRae before marrying. I have been told tht the usual practice was to place orphaned childrn with relatives and am looking for any Crawford connection to either Surname. Do you have any information on this?

Chris living in Marlboro District, SC in 1810 & 1820. Moved to Carrol Co Tn - died 1828. Brothers Alexander and Duncan accompanied him. Alexander also dies in 1828. Chris widow Mary moved to Harrison Co. 1850 census in Harrison Co shows him with Wife, mother (Mary) and a 4 year old - William Crawford who was my ggf. Don't know how he got with them- maybe adoption. If you have any info on William would be most appreciative

She stated that she was at the Logsdon's on the 19th of January 1901 when Robert (my grandfather's brother) was born. She washed and dressed him. Josie Logsdon (Robert's oldest sister) went and got Mattie at sun up. Sorry, I have no more info.
