My ggrandfather, Harvey Heath HUFFMAN had 2 wives. The first was MARTHA GILHAM and the second was LOUISA LUCINDA FAITH. He had about 15 children. With his 2nd wife, Louisa Faith Huffman, he had Addie HUFFMAN (my grandmother) who married Henry Hardin SHIREMAN and TRUE CURRY HUFFMAN (my grand aunt) who married LONNIE ROOKSBY and that is how I am related to the Rooksbys. According to an old email I received from Sam Hays, Lonnie kept a store west of old Goshen in Harrison County and in the 1920 census, Louisa Faith Huffman was living with the Lonnie Rooksby family. I don't have information on too many Rooksby's, but I would be glad to send you what I have and I would appreciate hearing from you. Hello to all my favorite list, I am considering trying the Ancestry. com trial immigration records. Just curious if anyone can give me some advice on their luck with these list and also how easily are they navigatable. I am already a member of Ancestry and as we all know they are somewhat expensive. I would appreciate anyone's thoughts and /or opinions. I will be needing to search the 1837-1838 records and also the 1887-1888 records and do not have much additional info to go on. Thanks in advance for any RAOGK.
