Allen. Interestingly enough what caught my eye is the name Julius. I had always wondered where and why my g g grandfather and his wife Tresa would name one of the sons Julius. He was there last child and I think she died giving birth to him, sure would be nice if you message on this board led me to the correct family for Tresa. Hope you respond. She was stuck, and that is what I had come up with as well that the Older Sarah was more than likely a Purcell. And Sarah who married Andrew was probably a sister to John and Reece. I know that we have the Perkins connection for sure and we have an independent connection to the Purcells by way of Henry (I believe his name was). I think I could work on the track that John Perkins and Sarah Purcell may be the parents of my g g g grandmother who was married to Andrew McCune, Jr. (they married in 1815) all were living in Harrison Co., Indian. Hi! Thanks for the info on the cost! In an earlier post, I stated that I thought the Adams family left Harrison in the 1770s. That was my mistake. I should have said 1870s. To Dan Cotner: the James Adams you reference is the one I have in mind. James Adams probably did have the middle initial of W or possibly M. I have a number of references to transactions between Leander and J.W./James W. I also have an index entry for James Adams receiving land from Thomas R. McKim, dated 1853. I am descended from the Cotners. My second gr grandmother was Sarah Cotner, married to Samuel Adams, a son of James W.
