Could anyone tell me where Broad Ripple Indiana is? Was there a special area where most of the Quakers who came in from North Carolina settled? My understanding is that my relatives (whites) settled in Westfield. Scott County is also mentioned in some of my papers. Does anyone know when they began recording Death Certificates in Indiana?
