PULLIAM DIED MONDAY AT SHERIDAY Head of an Ice Cream Firm Which Carried His Name John Milton Pulliam, aged seventy, died at his home in Sheridan at one o'clock Monday afternoon. The funeral will be held in the Christian church at Sheridan at 2 o'clock Wednesday with Rev. L.R.Gray pastor, in charge of the services, and interment will take plce in the Sheridian cemetery. The funeral arrangements are in charge of C. J. Harris, of Cicero. Mr. Pulliam was a resident of Sheridan nearly all of his life and for twenty years was the senior member of the Pulliam Ice Cream Company of Sherdan, which did a wholesale business in this part of the state. His only son, Earl, who was associated with his father in the business, died last September. There are five grandchildren living. Among other relatives who survive are a brother, James Pulliam of Sheridan with whom the deceased made his home; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Davis, of Lancaster, Ky.; two half sisers, Mrs. Irene Staley of Springfield, Ill.; and Mrs. Calvin Higbee, of Westfield, and a half brother, Jerome Kennett, of Westfield. Mr. Pulliam was widely known in business circles throughout Hamilton and adjoining counties.
