ELBERT PIKE AT THE FIRST M.E. CHURCH The funeral of Mrs. Margaret Pike, wife of Elbert Pike, will be held at the First M. E. chruch in Noblesville, Friday, but the hour had not been fixed this forenoon. Mrs. Pike who was twenty-one years of age, died in St. John's hopital at Anderson, Wednesday afternoon, with pneumonia and influenza which are said to have developed from child-birth. Monday she gave birth to a daughter, who has been named Elizabeth Ella. Mrs. Pike was born in Frankton and spent her girlhood there. She was graduated from the Noblesville High School and was a member of the First M. E. chruch of this city. She had made her home in Anderson for the past three years. Surviving besides the husband and daughter are her father, Peace Maker of Noblesville; her mother, Mrs. Ella Merritt; a broher, Horace Maker of Noblesville; a 1/2 brother, Frank Wampole, of Ecorse, Mich.; and a sister Mrs. Alice Stewart. Relatives in Noblesville were advised Wedneday morning that the condition of Mrs. Pike was serious.
