May 11, 1932 Page 1 BURIAL HERE NEXT FRIDAY MRS. WALTER THOMAS DIED AT INDIANAPOLIS, WEDNESDAY Mrs. Carrie G Thomas, wife of Walter L. Thomas, died at an early hour Wednesday morning at the home her sister, Mrs. Nellie Davis, 322 Bellview Street, Indianapolis, following a long illness. She was forty-two years of age. The funeral will be held at the Christian Church in this city at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Rev. A. L. Ward will have charge of the services and the interment will take place in Crownland cemetery. She is survived by her husband, one son Earl, aged eleven, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs.Alice McDonald of Chicago; Harry Pryor and Mrs. Bessie Lawhorn of Indianapolis; Mrs. Homer Dunham of Frankfort and Frank Pryor of St. Mary's, Ohio. The family formerly lived here but moved to Indianapolis about eighteen months ago. Mr. Thomas was employed at the local foundry for a long time and Mrs. Thomas was at one time employed as a clerk in the McMahon Market.
