In Wills Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/In/HamiltonWill/10008 Surname: Small, Dunn, Rushton, George, Ross, Hershman, Haughey ------------------------- Noblesville Ledger, Aug. 28, 1925 "Will of Mrs. Thomas Small Probated - Many Nephews and Nieces To Receive $100 Each" The will of Mrs. Lucy Small, wife of Thomas Small, whose death occurred in the vicinity of Ekin a few days ago, has been probated in the circuit court. The Atlanta State Bank has been named as executor to carry out the terms of the will. Mrs. Small left an estate which is said to be valued at $3500 and personal property to the amount of approximately $4000. The sum of $500 is left to her husband and $100 each to William Ross, Eva Ward, Alta Hershman, Milton Dunn, Vivian Hershman, Elsie George and Bessie George, all nephews and nieces of Mrs. Small. After these bequests the residue of the estate is left to Alberta T. Haughey. Ross A. Cooper and Irene Bletter were witnesses to the will which was executed on the 13th of this month.
