Hello!! I am new to the list, so I thought I would just "jump right in"!!! Would anyone have any information to share on James Ralston Carson from Cicero,In? He would be my Great great Uncle. He was the veterinarian in Cicero in the early part of the century. A part of his obit reads: Dr. Carson was born in Hamilton County,October 10,1867,and was a resident of Cicero during his entire life. The deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Carson, early residents of the northern part of Hamilton County, and onDecember 31,1893 he was united in marriage to Miss Lavina Flannagan. There are no children. The widow and the following sisters and brother survive: Mrs. Della Allen,of Cicero;Mrs. Jesse Webster,of Westfield;Mrs. Grace Stockmaster, of Terre Haute.and Samuel W. Carson, of Harvard, Ill. A half sister Mrs. Virginia Hackney of Marion is also living. Does anyone in the obit sound familiar? I would be happy to share any info I have on the Carsons. Thank you!!! Beth Thurston
