Thomas RAMSEY, b May 1852, is shown on the 1900 Adams Twp, Hamilton Co., IN census. It lists his and his parents birthplace as Ohio. I am interested in this Thomas as he is listed as head if household with Catherine (wife), who might have been first married to Victor DIFFY. He is shown with stepsons, Victor, Charles and Theo DIFFY, and aunt, Ella RULEY. I am also wondering who Ella RULEY may be related to as the RULEYS fit in with my HENDRICKS, KENNEDYS and UNDERWOODS that I am researching; these persons were first in Hancock Co., IN, in 1840.
