[Transcribed on January 21, 2008 by RLJ from microfilm of the original newspaper on file in the Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library.] Mrs. Sarah Catherine INMAN, ninety-five, died at the home of her son, Randall INMAN, at Owensburg, about 2:30 o'clock Sunday morning. Mrs. INMAN was one of the oldest residents of Greene County, being ninety-five years of age last September 15. Her health had been failing for the past four months and death was caused by complications resulting from old age. Mrs. INMAN was born September 15, 1844, in Martin County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram FISH, and married John INMAN on September 1, 1861. She is survived by a daughter, living in Michigan; four sons, James, of Bloomfield; Randall, of Owensburg; Mack, of Oregon, and Elmer, of Frankfort; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock, from the home of the son, Randall. Burial was in Bloomfield in Grandview Cemetery.
