BYERS, seventy-six, owner and operator of the BYERS HOTEL, of Mattoon, Illinois, and joint owner of the INMAN Hotel at Champaign, Illinois, died Saturday at his country home about three and one-half miles east of Tuscola, {Douglas County,} Illinois. Death was attributed to a heart condition from which he had suffered for the past three years.
