I went to Greene County last month, hoping to find probate records. I was not allowed to search on my own. The Clerk was very nice and looked as soon as she could . She didn't find any (I was looking for two bundles). She did find the file box for one, but the bundle was not there. She told me she would look in another place later, and I left. About ten days later, I received a letter from her (files still not found). I was treated quite well, based on my experiences in other Indiana courthouses.
