As I stated, the WPA ran out of money before they finished all counties, If you will go back to that database that you searched and scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see a statement that reads (For more information about this database Click here). Click and then scroll down to the list of counties and you will see what years are included for each of them. Greene county only contains the records for the years that I cited.
