He had been in failing health for some time. Mr. RECORD was especially well-known as a successful fruit grower and had a wide acquaintance through this section of the county. He is survived by the widow, three sons, James, Vaughn and Early, and two daughters, Mrs. Fred NELSON, of Clinton, Indiana, and Mrs. Don WORKMAN, of this city.
