I have both Shoptaw's and Shanklin's My grandmother, Virginia (Vandeneede)(Lechien) Shoptaw (1893-1987), was married to Thomas E. Shoptaw (1893-1955). Grandpa Tom is the son of Jerry Shoptaw (1857-?) and Mary Alice Miller (1860-1937). Virginia was previously married to Adolph Lechien Sr (1887-1948), They are my biological grandparents.
