I have 11 children listed for him he claims he was the adopted son of Ambrose & Mary in his biograpical memior sketch and I think I seen the controversy of this on this board somewhere. If I am right off top of my head the 1890 Emery genealogy listed him as the son of his brother John which was wrong and I compounded as I did not have access to the Biographical Memiors in 1982.
