W. JOHNSON, of Smithville, Indiana, died at her home, of inflammatory rheumatism on Thursday, February 22, 1895, aged 45 years 8 months and 5 days. Her maiden name was Amanda BULLOCK. She was born and raised in Center Township, Greene County, Indiana. She was married to Robert W. JOHNSON in August 1869. To them were born seven children, six of whom, four girls and two boys, are left to mourn the loss of an affectionate mother. One died in infancy. The remains were interred in Solsberry Cemetery on Saturday, February 23. Mrs. JOHNSON leaves a father and mother, three brothers and three sisters, a devoted husband, six loving children and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her untimely departure. She was a sister to Mrs. J. C.{Mary H.} HEATON and Mrs. L. M.{Elizabeth J.} JOHNSON, of Bloomfield.
