Aquilla was the son of Benjamin Walker and maried Elizabeth Dyer and another son Jesse was a Methodist minister for awhile. I don't know if Benjamin ever owed the early mill as old family letters never referred to that, however they do tell of Benjamin traveling between Indiana and Kentucky and back Indiana where he died on April 23, 1851. This is found in a letter from his daughter Elizabeth Walker Howard to her brother George W. Walker in Casey Creek, KY. The George W. in the last part of the "History" is not my George W. Walker.
