Hi Greene County, Indiana List, Is there any Wilks/Wilkes researchers here?? Here is the one I am researching on: 1850 Greene County, State of Indiana, Wright Township. #84/#145: Edward Wilkes, 29, male, Farmer, Indiana Martha, 29, female, Indiana Mary, 10, female, Indiana Barbary, 7, female, Indiana Celia, 6, female, Indiana Julia, 3, female, Indiana Richard Wilkes, 15, male, Farmer, Indiana Moses Baber, 11, male Who is this Moses Baber? Could he possible be brother to Martha Wilkes? Could she be Martha Baber?? They are not there in 1860 census, for they moved out to Texas. I don't know who is Edward Wilkes's parents. I am new at this genealogy, still trying to learn how to do this. Please forgive me for being so dumb. That is the reason I am turning to you for your help.
