If you look in Lamar Co TX cemeteries you will find a Barney Richey who died at age 43 of consumption. There is also a Barney Richey who served in the Civil War, and it is cited on this web page as well. I know little obout my gg grandfather except that Barney and Matilda had a daughter naved Eva (Nettie) who married James Grant Allison. I have information about the Allisons who followed. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has additional information to share.
