Lee, but info. on Rootsweb.com says otherwise. Her grandfather was Thomas G. Lee b. 3/22/1822 Ohio d. 3/28/1864 Rush Co.,In. & her father was William M. Lee b. 9/7/1852 Rush Co.,In. d. 8/7/1883 Linn Co.,Ks. Her obituary in Bloomington, In. newspaper says her full name was Bertha May Lee & her husband was William H. Everitt & she was buried in Solsberry Cemetery in Greene Co.,In. May was living on 1900 census in Indpls. with mother & step father Rosa & William Best & on 1920 & 30 census with husband Wm. H.
