Mrs Josephine Hendricks, aged 64 years dropped dead this morning at the home of her son John Hendricks, a well known resident of West 11th Street. She had been in ill health for some time, resulting from an illness in the early part of last winter, and since that time has been suffering from leakage of heart. However, Mrs Hendricks was able to be up this morning and was in her room when she fell to the floor, death coming instantly. Mrs Hendricks was born in GREENE COUNTY where she made her home until the death of her husband Frederick Hendricks in 1904, and since has lived with her sons of this city and at the soldier's home in Lafayette. She was a devoute member of the Church of Christ of this city and a woman much respected.Three sons survive-John, with whom she was residing. Walter,West 2nd Street, and James, East 11th Street. Funeral from residence on west 11th Street Wednesday afternoon and services in charge of Rev Joseph Campbell. Hope this will help someone seraching this family in Greene County. Lynn
