I misspoke in one of my replies. My dad did not know Mary Dixon as he was not born until 1934. He remembers her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Custer Rice. I have attached a picture that I have of her family. Of course I would love to know what pictures you have. I have several of the John W. Newsom clan. He was the oldest son of A.J. and Amy.
