My grandmother's name was Cecil Emma Bartley. Her Mother was Sarah Jane Burch (born 12-5-1870). I have been given information that Sarah J. Burch shows up in the 1880 Washington Twp., Daviess Co., IN census, age 9, listed as a servant in the household of Solomon Williams. If this is the same Sarah J Burch - she could have been "farmed out" or orphaned by 1880. I have no information on her parents. Could this Sarah J Burch be part of the George Burch Family?
