HETRICK left Tuesday evening for Philadelphia, where he was called because of the sudden death of his uncle, Howard C. ECHELS. Mr. ECHELS has been in Bloomfield many times in connection with business for the Bloomfield Floral Company and to visit with the HETRICKs. Referee DAVIDSON, of Clinton, on Tuesday approved the sale of the properties as made by the trustee, E. H. STEIN, to the men who formed the new company. The new incorporation was approved by the Secretary of State last Friday, the sale having been made of the assets of the former company on Monday of last week. The owners and officers of the Bloomfield Floral Co., are H. S. ECKLES, of Philadelphia; Allen G. PATE, of this place, and Norman C. HETTRICK{sic}, also of this place, who will be the general manager and secretary-treasurer.
