Five children were born to them. The only daughter, Mamie, was taken from them by death when she was but four and a half months of age. He is survived by his wife and four sons, Lovell, of Wetmore; Ivan, of Circleville; Orville, of Soldier; Ernest, of Ttchison; four daughters-in-law, who loved him as a father; six grandsons, Everett, Leonard, Forrest, Cleo, Carl, Donald; three granddaughters, Veda, Gladys and Pauline; three great-grandchildren, two half-sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth HAYWOOD, Linton, Indiana, and Mrs. Nancy BOUGH, Bloomfield, Indiana, and one half-brother, Thomas PATTERSON, of Bloomfield, Indiana.
