I'm coming to Owen Co. , Spencer, next week and was hoping that someone could help me in getting from Spencer to Bloomfield. Also are all the offices, courthouse and health dept. close together? The easiest way is to go south out of Spencer on 231 & 67. There's a fork in the highway at the Burger King, going right is 46, going left is 231 & 67. Continue south through Freedom and through Worthington. South of Worthington is a flasher light (not a stop), turn to the left there onto 57. Stay on that road until you get to a flasher light that's a four-way stop. Turn left there on 54, and it takes you right into Bloomfield, and the courthouse is on the right side of this highway in the middle of town. You couldn't miss it. The library is not far away, and I'm sure someone at the courthouse can give you directions from there.
