He was a pioneer farmer resident of Taylor township. His remains were brought to Bloomfield Wednesday and taken to Simpson Chapel for burial. — THE BLOOMFIELD NEWS, Bloomfield, Greene County, Indiana, Thursday, May 1, 1913, Volume XXXVI, Number 24 Page 2, Columns 1, “Antioch (Taylor Township).” [Transcribed 18 March 2002 from Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library’s IHS Microfilm Records.] Ewell O’DONALD, who died suddenly of heart trouble last week at Linton, lived at this place for many years. He made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Chas. UTTERBACK. Uncle Ewell was a man of many excellent qualities and was a great favorite with all children.
