1850 Greene Co, Eel twp census lists a Mary Moore, 57, b: PA and a Rachel Moore, 46, b: OH, Thomas R, 20; Samuel W., 15; Harriet A., 14; Charles R., 12; and a John R, 4. All children except for John R. were born in Ohio and they were all living in the same household. Does anyone know how Mary and Rachel were related? Sisters-in-law? Whose children were whose? I believe Samuel W., Charles R. and possibly John R. may have been the children of Rachel Moore. Living in hh #27 (possibly a boarding house of Ira Imley?) was a Wm. F. Moore, 27, b: OH and his wife Sarah, 19 and their son, John A., 1, b: IN. William F. was a school teacher. Does anyone know anything about him? I cannot find any of these Moores on the 1850 census, so there's a possibility they'd migrated from OH to IN between 1850 - 1860. Is there anyone who may be able to help with these Moores? Thanks.
