Robert Miller CULLISON, retired Methodist Episcopal minister, died recently at his home 744 Berkley Avenue. He was eighty-six years old. The Rev. Mr. CULLISON came to San Bernardino {San Bernardino County, California} about eleven years ago. He was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church quarterly conference relationship in the Kansas conference. Prior to entering the ministry the elderly pastor served for nineteen years as a public school teacher. He was a graduate of DePauw University and the Bloomfield Seminary. Always in fine health until a few months ago, the Rev. Mr. CULLISON with his wife, whom he married sixty-three years ago on the 27th of last May, took an active interest in church and G. A. R. activities during their residence in San Bernardino. The Rev. CULLISON was chaplain of the San Bernardino A. A. R. post at the time of his death. He was also a Mason in good standing. Besides his widow, Mrs. Eleanor Jane {STALCUP} CULLISON, he is survive by two daughters, Mrs. James S. HIBBARD, of Wichita, Kansas; Mrs. J. A. LILJEGREN, of Pittsburg, California; two sons, O. L. CULLISON, of Iola, Kansas, and R. E. CULLISON, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and one brother, Joseph CULLISON, of Wann, Oklahoma. Funeral rites were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from the First Methodist Church. The Rev. Golder I. LAWRENCE, pastor, and the Rev. T. J. SHRODE, assistant pastor, officiated.
