D. Hudson." [Transcribed on December 11, 2007 by RLJ from microfilm of the original newspaper on file in the Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library.] Funeral services for L. D. HUDSON were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday from the Church of Christ at Owensburg under the direction of the Lehman Funeral Home. Rev. J. L. HATFIELD officiated. Mrs. Delores BAKER and Mildred THOMASSON, Ott Sexton and Eskel BEASLEY sang "Rock of Ages," "Jesus, Savior, Pilot Me," and "Jesus Hold My Hand." Pallbearers were sons of the deceased. They were Roy, Frank, Merle, Robert, Douglas and Clayton. Floral tributes were cared for by Mesdames Audrey, Helen, Lois, Stella, Mildred, Lucille and Inis HUDSON, Odena FREEMAN and Iva DYE, Misses Margaret Ann, Mary Jane, Sue and Mary Ann HUDSON.
