[Transcribed on July 24, 2007 by RLJ from microfilm of the original newspaper on file in the Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library.] Haddie May BLACKMORE, daughter of Daniel M. BYNUM and Lois (GILBERT) BYNUM, was born in Lyons, April 6, 1874 and departed this life April 12th, 1945, age 71 years and 6 days. She was united in marriage to George Dawson BLACKMORE, December 2nd, 1891. To this union was born 14 children, two of whom preceded her in death. Those surviving are the husband, seven daughters, five sons, eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mrs. BLACKMORE was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church and participated in the activities of the church as long as health permitted. She was a faithful companion, a devoted mother, and a kind neighbor. Although her tasks were numerous, she always had time to be mindful of the needs of others and found great happiness in service. - CARD OF THANKS.
