Sorry everyone. Our computer hasn't been the same since my husband put the update of Quicken 2000 on. For some reason, the printer would print one document, then we had to reboot to get another print out of it. After I spent a week at our daughter's, we thought it was fixed, but alas. We bought a new printer, and the man kept the tower and printer for a couple of weeks, and I brought it home yesterday, and now I can't print at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm at a loss of what to do. Just spent $245 for service and larger memory, bought a new printer, and I'm worse off than before. Any suggestions? Gini
