My grandma just told me a couple of weeks ago that she remembered her father being on W.P.A.( Workers Progress Administration) in Grant County, IN during WWII when he couldn't work at the glass factory any more. Someone told me to search www.loc.gov , but the link is down indefinitely. Should I contact Grant County for information? If so, what agency should I try and exactly what information will I be getting, if successful. I s there a specific form I should request?
