Some is from a local researcher, some may be from county history, there is a will for James W Inram which names all his children. James W Ingram is in 1830 Rhea Co, TN and in 1840 Washington Co, AR. His son-in-law was one of the administrators of his estate, I think Robert Seymore was the other but didn't go check that for sure. Cindy has been in touch with some other descendants, a dau of Lewis married Joseph L White, who is part of the White family which married into her Maxeys. jdickens@odin.tcac.com Apparently it has been passed down in both sides of the family that Gilbert Luper married Susannah Ingram, plus there is the circumstance that he was one of the administrators of the estate. The local researcher had apparently picked up on the fact that Gilbert and Allen Luper were probably brothers and thought the Mary who was the daughter of this James Ingram had married Allen Luper. (see Goodspeed's Annals of NW Ark.) However, James' will specfices that his daughter< Mary was single in 1845, Mary and Allen Luper had been married since 1822 and Allen died before Ingram.
