Hello, I received your email, I hope you can help. I have been hitting dead end after dead end. Let me be more specific: JOHN THOMAS INGRAM b. 1854 in Kansas married LOU ? His sister MARY ELLA INGRAM b. 1862 in Kansas. There are more siblings but I do not have anything on them. I do not really believe Kansas was the correct state because research has come up empty. The one that I am really looking for is their father JAMES LERONZO INGRAM. The papers I have say he was born in Kansas I can only estimate about 1820. I don't have the name of who he married, which would be JOHN and MARY's mother. I don't know where he died or is buried. Like I said I am hesitant to believe Kansas is the state, maybe Kansas City, MO. or Arkansas because my g-grandfather JAMES NEWTON INGRAM was born there in Aug 1885 (Montgomery County), but again I can't find them on the census. I do know that JOHN THOMAS is buried in Kirk, TX. I know that MARY ELLA married a man named George Gunn and is buried in Groesbeck, TX. I would like to find their siblings or mother and father JAMES LERONZO INGRAM. Any help would be great.
