    1. [INGRAM-L] INGRAMS of St. Ives
    2. Joseph INGRAM "being now bound for Virginia" dated his will 6 Oct. 1651. It was proven 12 Sept. 1653. He mentioned brothers Thomas, ROBERT, John and William and sisters Anne Smith and Hester INGRAM. Executor: "my father Robert INGRAM" To the "poor of my native town of St. Ives 40s". I have proof that the town is St. Ives in Huntingdonshire (Now Cambridgshire) from the christening, marriage and burial records on microfiche. Need more evidence or proofs that the brother ROBERT INGRAM who's mentioned in the will is the ROBERT INGRAM of Somerset Co., MD who dies before July 1666 in MD. This Robert had three sons, John, James and Robert. Joseph, who made out the will, had a brother James who died 9 August 1649. It's possible that Robert in Maryland named his sons for himself and brothers John and James. Joseph was "bound for Virginia" when he died. His brother Robert could have taken the journey with wife Anne. Are there references to Robert INGRAM in VA before he goes to MD?
