November 1929, Johnston NC he gives 100 ac. to his daughter WINNIFRED WOODALL, there is a marriage bond in 1799 in Johnston Co., for WINNEY INGRAM to HENRY OLIVER. This WINNIFRED would have been b about the time frame you mention but the marriage is not to a ALCORN, don't remember seeing that name. These are ancesters of my wife, who has lots of Johnston Co., ties including RAINS, PILKINTON, SASSER, ROWE, STRICKLAND, EDWARDS, PARRISH and she was a EVANS. Hal Jordan
