The first two links are no problem, it is the latter link(s) that is a bit ambiguous. I gather this is intended to refer to: http://vax1.vigo.lib.in.us/~jmounts/sqob.htm but could be interpreted to mean state level pages for these subjects or other possible sources (for example, Dubois has boards for Bios and Obits as well as Queries. I would support a strong recommendation that this link be included but rather think it is over-requiring with the link to the main state pages being required. > 4. Maintain Query pages for your county. semantics... believe this should state Query pages or an automatic system (such as GenConnect) read as is it implies one must have actual Query pages and not use an automatic system >.... permissions are received >the pages will be reconstructed by the new CC. again, semantics, reconstruction implies constructing as before which is copying what some CC's may feel is there code and design ... perhaps it should read the new CC should construct new pages (or a new site) unless permission has been obtained to re-use... certainly it is my very strong feeling that a site should be passed on completely for a new CC to do with as they feel best and I have done this with county sites I have passed on but not all will feel this way and one gets into copyright issues.
