Judy m. Pigeon Roost, IN is located on US Highway No. 1 at the border between Clark County and Scott County. Look at an Indiana Map directly north from Louisville, Ky. It is the site of the last Indian massacre in Indiana and marked with an obelisk which tells the story. The settlement as nearly wiped out. Survivors fled and forted up south of there. There is a church and active cemetery. The old portion of the cemetery contains the grave of my great grandfather, a Civil War Veteran. Max Powers. MRPEY @ AOL
