When I first began with KyGenWeb, and later as the original INGenWeb Coordinator, I had the pleasure to work with Nancy Trice to help make KYGenWeb work and later we worked together to help make USGenWeb a successful entry point for all counties in the USA. Nancy is very concerned about the future of the USGenWeb Project and feels strongly that the whole project depends on the county coordinators who volunteer their time and effort to this project because they want to help other people find their "roots." Nancy believes, as I do, that the USGenWeb Project should be a bottom organization with the county level doing the great job they perform, the way they know best, with very little control from the national level.
