************************** Subject: State Elections Liaison member recruitment Dear State Coordinator, This letter is being sent to each of the State Coordinators in the USGenWeb Project to solicit your cooperation and recommendations for an Election Committee liaison for the purpose of the National Elections to replace the recently resigned National Coordinator. At the direction of the Chair, Kay Mason, it is the goal to have each state represented with one liaison to aid in collecting and processing the voters lists, eliminating duplicates, etc. Since we will be working with the names and email addresses of USGW volunteers, these liaison members will keep this information confidential.
