I am a bit confused about this need for a liaison person -- I thought that this was why we had state coordinator (YOU for state of Indiana) and one of their responsibilities (representing us in votes, gathering votes, etc)??? (of course I could understand this coordinator assigning it to someone else, or asking someone to help him/her, but why the "recruitmanet"???
